Stretch Film

Almost all industries use stretch film. Stretch films are produced from very low density LLDPE polyethylene raw material. Pallet stretch wraps products tightly and holds them together. It prevents the products from dusting and at the same time protects them from moisture and getting wet. Thanks to its flexible structures, it can hold products when tightly wrapped. These products are generally preferred for cargo packaging. Pallet stretches, which have a variety of usage areas, are frequently encountered in packaging large volume products.

Pallet Stretch is generally used as 17 and 23 microns, but different thicknesses are also used in some special industries. Our company has the opportunity to produce stretches of different thicknesses according to the orders of the customers.

Technicial Specifications

Pallet is made of Stretch Polyethylene (LLDPE) and is divided into two types as Hand type and Machine type.

Pallet Stretch is generally produced in 50 cm width, but it can also be produced with 10 cm, 17 cm, 20 cm and 25 cm slices for different industrial branches.

Handheld Stretch

Hand type stretch is a thin roller and as the name suggests, it is used by human power. Since manpower is limited, the weight of this type of stretch is 3 kg. It should not be more than , otherwise the packaging efficiency decreases as the employee gets tired in a short time.

Machine Type Stretch

The machine type is stretch thick bobbin and is used through automatic winding machines. Since the tensioning power and speed of these machines are too high, if normal Stretch is used, it breaks and creates a problem in the winding work. Superpower stretch produced with special chemicals and formulas is used for these machines. Superpower stretches are very durable and also have 400% stretch.
